Installation problems: audio and video installation in the car

I still didn't like this product because of the radio we use, the face can't go down. The lower part of the product covers the place to press the wireless unlock button. This product was used on a 2002 BMW. 325I. Due to the cold and a convertible, installation was delayed until spring.
