I felt IMMEDIATELY relieved! It's just that the copper bushing got better and then when I put the splint on I felt relief as soon as I pulled the splint taut. I like it so far but will edit the post in a month if I find any major issues with the quality of the material etc. Until then, I highly recommend this for epicondylitis pain relief. UPDATE: This product is AMAZING! It's VERY high quality and I'm sooooo glad I spent more on it. I wear it almost 24/7. I only take them off for a few hours in the afternoon when I'm in the slightest pain. I sleep with it on because my pain is usually worst between 4-5am, waking me up about an hour before my alarm goes off. Note: Watch a YouTube video on how to use one of these for maximum benefit.
