I need a quick and inexpensive alarm kit for my mum's house so I can help her control it remotely because sometimes she forgot to close the windows or even her patio door at night. This alarm set comes with 4 window/door sensors and a motion sensor so I used 1 for her front door and 1 for her patio door and then 2 more sensors for the windows that she occasionally opened. Every time these doors or windows open or close I get a notification from his app and I can monitor them from my phone even at night to make sure they are closed after 10pm, if not I call them to remind them to close you. It also comes with a keychain remote that she can use to turn the alarm on and off or send an SOS signal (which we haven't tried yet). It's a pretty standard alarm kit but it doesn't cost too much and there's no need to pay for monthly maintenance, not the most up to date but it works for our needs and isn't in the pocket.
