The system has been very effective in reducing time for our team as we are able to complete more projects per day than before using this platform. It also allows us to be better prepared with regards to new regulations affecting companies operating outside of Europe. I have not found anything so far that would dislike about it but if there was one thing i could change or improve then it's probably having some additional screens which include reporting options such as KPIs etc. If you're looking into getting your internal teams up to speed quickly without overloading them then look no further because they can really help here too. We've managed to reduce turnaround times considerably by being able to run multiple requests at once instead of each person doing their own work independently.
