Accuracy is +/- 3% which is sufficient for most applications. The overall weight of the tool is very well made. It comes with a set of bits, but it's a 1/4" drive torque wrench, so anything that fits a 1/4" drive will work with it. First, you set it to the main number, align the zero on the scale with the center line at that registration, and then with an additional turn of the knob you can fine-tune to a gradual gradation. There's a collared black sleeve that you pull to change the setting and then release. It springs into a locked position to ensure the setting doesn't accidentally change. , or using bigger hardware, and it's nice to have something like this EZARC for the finer things in life. :-) A unique or odd thing, depending on how you look at it, is that you can't just manually lock the included plastic tool case. You'll need to use a flathead screwdriver to flip the locking tab back while pushing it down. No matter how much force you apply without using a screwdriver, it won't snap. Of course, with all the frustration I've had with the less durable plastic cases not staying closed, I'm willing to go the extra mile with a screwdriver to ensure the case stays closed. All in all a very good set.
