Review on Optimized Elasticity: Xero Shoes Men's HFS Running Shoes - Zero Drop, Ultra-Lightweight & Enhanced Barefoot Sensation by Casey Yuh

I really liked these shoes when I first got them - they fit perfectly and felt good on my feet for the first two or three weeks . However, the insole of the right boot began to slip. I emailed the company to get a new insole or possibly a replacement shoe within the allotted time for returning the product and have not received a reply. After several days with no response, I called support and repeated my concerns (according to Revain, the return window was closed at the time). Again no answer. I still tried to wear the shoes from time to time but my left arch started to hurt when I put them on so I stopped wearing them altogether and I no longer have that pain. Real shame - at first glance they seemed such a good product. I wish I could say good things, but due to the many issues I've had and the lack of response from the company's support team, I don't recommend it. Another note for buyers - since the sole is very thin, in places with scorching temperatures and endless sun (aka my experience walking sidewalks in the Arizona Valley in summer) these shoes get very uncomfortably hot in a short period of time. It didn't seem to deform the shoe at all, but it REALLY felt like walking barefoot on a hot sidewalk, and not in a good way.
