Review on AMERICALOC GL300W Mini Portable Tracker by Eduardo Locke

I don't do many reviews but I had to take the time to do this one. Really great product and even better customer service! I bought this to put on my elderly dad's scooter (who only rides outdoors) so we can be notified (via email or text!) when traffic is and then again when traffic stops. . When we are notified of movement we can see where it is and then if it stops moving we are notified again. He just thinks it's an emergency button (which it is) so he can press the only button he has in case he gets into trouble. If he presses the button, you may receive a text or email message that the emergency button was pressed. Then we can search in the tracking app and find it. This calm! I also set up an alert when the battery is low so I can charge it. You have thought of everything! I have to say that after initially creating my account I wasn't sure what I was seeing on the app. It was a bit busy and I didn't know what to do. I called customer service and they were AMAZING! I explained what we wanted to do with it and was told very quickly where to go and what to do. It was very easy and now I can make changes if I know what I'm doing. I also told them that the battery seems to be draining quickly and they made a remote software change that extended the battery life beyond my expectations. I told them the scooter would be in the garage most of the time so they made sure the battery didn't die while it was in its garage. I know people use this article to check on a spouse or child, but it's awesome for seniors too! Older parents feel more comfortable having a panic button (not calling the police like some "I fell and can't get up" buttons like some) but sending a message to a loved one who can see exactly where they are condition. As a nanny you can also check if they are okay. LOVE IT!
