The ease of use, their support team are always helpful when you need them! Their app for android has lots more features than just transferring calls between agents so its nice to be able get all your customer related work done using this platform as well - great tool! Sometimes it can take up to 15 mins before an agent answers our chat messages but i guess thats part in solving any problems that clients might have with us at times? I think they still keep adding new things because if not then we wouldnt recommend ExpertCloud's Customer Care Team or App!! Great communication system which makes life easier by being connected from anywhere anytime!!
