Review on Lunderg CPAP Pillow Side Sleepers by Amy Dixon

I have been using the CPAP machine for almost 2 years and as a side sleeper I found it very difficult to sleep. I can't remember the last time I slept through the night, because I had to readjust the mask every time I moved my head, or the pressure on the mask from my old traditional pillow was too strong. I went to the doctor a few weeks ago (for another reason) and told him about my sleeping problems because of the mask. He recommended I try a pillow compatible with my CPAP machine. The?! I didn't know they existed! After doing a little research I bought this one and couldn't be happier. When I received and opened the box I could already tell that it was the right decision for many reasons: - The pillow has different positions and a removable height layer so you can adjust the height. - The side holes are fully compatible with my mask. - There is more than enough headroom in the middle. The foam has a different texture than what I'm used to, but it feels good. Includes 2 pillowcases. One with a larger "cushion" and the other more like a "cooling" case. Both are very soft to the touch. The softer one is installed on the pad while the other cooling one comes in a plastic bag. Having 2 options is definitely great. I will use the cooling in the summer and the other in the winter months. Perfect for side sleepers and I no longer have to adjust the mask. At first I wasn't sure if I could sleep on it, I personally like hard stone pillows, but being able to lie comfortably on your side with a mask was a game changer. It took me 2 or 3 nights to fully get used to the new and softer texture. but now i sleep like a baby Even my grandson noticed that I had more energy and my mood improved! I wish I had found out about this pillow sooner! It has become my favorite pillow and I recommend it to anyone who uses a CPAP machine. It will really change your life, you don't know how important it is to get a good night's sleep while you're missing it! Thanks for a great product.
