Big, fast and cool

These 10TB helium drives were recently introduced (as of July 2016 they only lasted a month), so reliability is unknown. Performance is as expected at 7200rpm. High performance drives with a density of 1.4TB per platter ie very good. HDTune read speed is 244-109 MB/s. (193 on average). Access time 11.6 ms. The URE has a 10^15 rating, which is a good rating to get from this type of drive. The drives are fairly quiet and helium-filled, and run cool in a low-fan NAS or on a moderately-ventilated desktop. Of course you have a lot of airflow on a storage server. The only downside is the price, but there are now cheaper versions for those less concerned about data loss/recovery or who don't need RAID compatibility. As usual, the drives were delivered in the appropriate hard drive packaging.
