Without left brake option

I really like the skates. Light. Great role. Cozy. HOWEVER the brake is on the right foot and there is NO way to move the brake to the left and K2 does not sell a left foot mount. Being left-handed, this drastically limits my braking ability and thus severely limits my ability to use my skates. basically nowhere where there is an intersection where I drive down the hill.
