I bought a 3 in 1 charger for my wife's new iPhone 12 mini so we can conveniently charge her phone, AirPod Pro and Apple Watch. While the watch charged normally, the 12 Mini did not charge reliably. I contacted the seller who responded in less than an hour and informed me that the mini was too short to align properly. Based on that I took a 1 inch piece of sticky felt (which is used to protect items on wooden floors). and created two 1/4" x 1" strips and placed them on the shelf that holds the phone while charging, giving about 3/16" of extra headroom. It worked and the 12 mini seems to charge reliably 0.5 stars due to a very specific and very quick response making a very user friendly product work well.
