Perfect square eggs. Preheating is crucial.

I use a table top induction cooker for consistent results. Here is my process: 1. Put the form in form2. Spray the inside of the mold with vegetable oil. 3. Heat the mold and mold at 270 degrees4 for two minutes. Beat an egg in a bowl 5. Boil the egg for two minutes. Use a spatula to pop the egg out of the mold7. Flip the egg and you're done. The egg rises great and is perfect for bread. .
