I bought these after buying an Escali badger brush. The stand I had was good, but the brush hole was too big for the Escali brush. My other four brushes fit the 1st stand but not the Escali. I like to hang them by the handle at the top, not near the knot. They will not fit on this stand as their handles are too thick. I like to hang my brushes out to dry because they dry properly and extend their life. After measuring the Escali handle, I found that the Perfecto stand fits snugly on it. I am happy with the purchase. The stand is well made and looks like it will last a long time. It holds the brush exactly how I want it and also holds my old Gillette razors properly. Recommended for anyone who wants a nice stand for brushes and razors. But! Pay attention to the size of the hole you need for the brush handle. They vary widely and this stand does not properly hold thicker brush handles.
