I am a General Contractor in my 50s and in great shape. At least, that's what I thought, until I tore my bicep trying to lift two 3/4" OSB boards off the floor at once. You never know when something in your body will give up and snap, until it's too late. Me it would be fine, but the awkward torque in the elbow position when lifting off the floor, crouching for the lift and until you don't fully stand up and won't be able to rotate your body into the best position for your arm and arm will seem Too much stress on my elbows and shoulder joint. But I still had to finish the sub-floor installation. I bought the product the next day and was amazed that I could continue to work with it even with an injury. The product allowed for more ergonomic hand placement and a longer reach I will never lift sheet metal without it again.
