Review on San Auto Wrangler Subwoofer Odorless by Chad Jeffries

Product fits my JLU without factory subwoofer. This is a high performance cargo liner that should last as long as a jeep. One reviewer complained about the back panel's slick finish, but mine stays in place with no issues. It came rolled up tightly in a plastic bag in a surprisingly compact box. When I unpacked it, it only took about 10 minutes for the mat to "relax" and lay flat in the rear of the jeep. This is a really good cargo liner for the money.
