I installed three lights on a relatively low ceiling in a finished basement over a model railroad layout under construction. Although I might turn off one or two of them during operation, the light they put out is terrific for working on the layout, which is about 12 feet square. I am still deciding where to hang the fourth.The ceiling panels seem to be attached to relatively thin plywood sheets, but the light weight of the lamps didn't stress them at all. I used the included screw hooks without any additional anchors.One quibble: The fixture's cords seem to be a little more robust than need be; they can't be straightened out easily. That would be a problem if appearance mattered to you.
