Great tool - helps keep agency running efficiently
I like how easy it is to use and navigate. It's not too complicated so it doesn't scare away new users. Also, it has all the features you could want in a pms. The only thing I don't like about 5stelle* is that it sometimes lags. Sometimes it takes several minutes for me to see changes after making them. And sometimes the page freezes briefly. But overall, I would say this is a great program! I have been using this software since the beginning of my career as an agent. It makes life easier as a manager and keeps me organized.

- Can access most accounts including social media sites such Facebook & Instagram easily through one application instead going into separate apps everytime.
- Great user interface
- User friendly design
- Abilityto add notes
- Search function (this helps alot)
- Notifications when something happens within certain areas
