You get what you pay for

Was looking forward to my first rotary trimmer but I think you get what you pay for, tailors don't want to turn right and looks very wonky and cheap, when it rotates it cuts ok but when it rotates something gets stuck. I tried loosening the screw but it still doesn't work properly. I think I'll try to use it till I go crazy and I won't throw it away🙁
