This was my most disturbing deal with Revain. Avoid! Avoid! The dehumidifier broke just after a month, killing the return window. I registered the product under 1 year warranty. It takes more than 24 hours for a company to reply to an email. After a few days of emailing "Lilly" at Kesnos to look for a technical solution, they asked me to ship the unit from my East Coast location to California. Lilly then emailed me below saying they would send me a replacement unit (free shipping) IF I write a review endorsing Kesnos Leader. I DON'T RECOGNIZE BEING EXPLAINED! I immediately contacted Revain who read Lily's emails and decided to refund my money. This has greatly discouraged me from purchasing electronic products through the Revain third party marketplace.
