I had problems with the standard alternator. Drawn about 8 volts on my 289 '66 Mustang. I ordered this generator from Tuff Stuff and solved all my problems. Drawing 14.5 volts with all stereo, amp, woofer and LED light loads. I had to contact Tuff Stuff for re-sync information about the installation. A few hours later, Oliver from Tuff Stuff sent her a letter. Good product.
