On different ports and different PCs I tried to record both large voluminous single files and many small ones. The picture, however, is the same: it starts from 30-40 MB / s, after 30 seconds a sudden collapse to 0 bytes / s and it starts to take a walk: 10 seconds deadly 0 bytes / s, then a short jump to 30-40 and in a new way cycle until the end of the recording. At the same time, the average write speed is simply depressing - slower than the old free USB 2.0 flash drive. I believe that this is due to the very small cache of the flash drive itself
