I thought the idea of this stand was great and was really excited for the first few days. Everything seemed to be going great. Then about 6 days after receiving it, the plastic ring you tighten to hold the tablet to the base broke. This left the stand usable, but barely. The tablet dangles limp on the stand and the only way to change the viewing angle is to prop up the bottom of the tablet, which is a giant PITA. I tried to send a message to the seller asking for a replacement part, but that request was completely denied. ignored. I'm frustrated and just want a working tablet stand. I don't have the money right now to replace everything so now I'm stuck with a broken piece of crap and a seller who doesn't respond at all. Do yourself a favor and buy from a seller who cares enough to address consumer questions/complaints.
