DesignThe flash has a nice solid design. It's a little bigger than I expected, but it's easy to grab and feel good in the hand. It has a rubber pad on the bottom to keep it from moving and nice tactile buttons on the top that control volume, play/pause, bass boost and an LED light ring. Features It has a lot for a small speaker. The two can be paired together for stereo. It also has a companion app. In the Soundcore companion app, you can customize the LED light ring, bass up mode, EQ settings, volume, play/pause, and update speaker firmware! It has the ability to add more features via software updates in the future! 360-degree sound, water resistance and 12 hours of battery life! Just wow! Sound The sound is very clear and loud. Strong mids, good highs, medium bass. I honestly missed the sound. After unboxing and holding this solid little speaker in my hands, I expected it to blow my mind. I just miss the bass. I tried turning Bass Up on and off and changing the EQ settings but couldn't get the bass I wanted. The audio sounded better when the volume was just over halfway. I think Dynamic Bass Boost could solve this problem and maybe it will be added in a future software update. I know sound is a matter of personal preference, so what doesn't work for me may work for you. Conclusion I think this speaker has a lot of potential. Sounds great when it's outside and on. I just wished for more bass.
