At an input voltage of 12.22V this used 194 watts. This exceeds the rating of the relay I need to connect it to and that is way more heat than my project needs. Even if you don't need a lot of airflow for your project, it would still make sense to direct the heat away from the heatsink instead of letting it build up at 200W with barely any noticeable movement.
