Review on Farberware Angle Bolster Sharpening Steel by Jessica Rogers

I have used many sharpeners over the years and there are some differences. This is one of the best so far and I've had professional models to compare. Of course it works. He sharpens good knives without being cruel or grinding them down like stones and sharpeners. Steel balances between work and damaging the knife. This works correctly. But what I really like is the balance. It feels good in the hand. No slip. No unexpected movements or inclinations. Faber is not known as a manufacturer of professional cookware. But it comes close at a much lower price. Definitely five stars.
