I am not a professional artist, like many adults, coloring relieves stress. I couldn't buy the colors I wanted individually and cheaply so I figured that even if I could throw away half of this set it would still be worth the money. I ended up throwing away half the pencils to get what I wanted and was impressed. If you have children who can show artistic ability, this would be a good start, it is clear that the professional would choose something else. It's worth the money and I didn't want to buy Prisma again. I found it to be more paper quality than pencils. Most adult coloring books contain waste paper, and spending a lot of money on pens is a waste of my credit card. They are easy to sharpen, they have a really good amount of color, I took them out of the case as the case keeps tipping over and transferred them to the other one I have.
