Review on Repeat Returns by Carlos Phillips
Great platform and excellent customer service
I like how easy it was for me as an agent - especially in regards to my new business repeat returns! The website layout could be better so you can easily check out what your past agents have returned vs returning items from their own account if they are still active with our program; however this has not been of issue when using online or phone transactions. This product makes life easier by allowing us (and eventually ourselves) return products we may no longer want but were unable/unwilling to pay full retail price.
Pros
- Multiple payment options available including credit card payments made directly through portal rather then manually inputting amounts into separate interface within system itself once client sends over signed authorization forms etc
