I have had their 2 systems for dogs for several years (English Springer Spaniel, German Shorthaired Pointer, Vizsla and Weimaraner) and eventually I needed replacements. I ordered this one because it showed 2 collars with receivers. It arrived after 2 days but only had 1 receiver but 2 collars. I sent it back the same day and ordered the correct one. The second box had everything I needed and got my money back almost immediately! The product itself works great and lasts forever! I only use the beep and vibrate modes as my fingers hurt on shock mode on settings 2 and 3. Of course I have no fur. However, there were fewer than a few times when the dogs approached a dangerous situation and a very light, quick press of the flash button on level 2 stopped my furry pups and saved them from harm. . Conclusion: Great product and great support!
