. I used Lansinoh and Medela pump and rescue packs. Although using these pouches requires a two-step process, it's worth it. These bags hold MORE milk, freeze evenly and are much easier to pour. After buying 3 cases of these online here, I found them at Target for about the same price. I'm glad I have options here in Hawaii. I bought a box of Medela pumps and kept the bags because it was an emergency and I didn't have my pump with me. So I had to buy Harmony and use P&S bags. Now I carry the Harmony in a zipped bag with a few Medela packets in case I'm separated from a baby and without a breast pump for a long time. These Lansinoh pouches are a decent thickness and the writing tab is on the top of the pouches so I'm not concerned about ink bleeding and it's easier to line them when they're frozen flat and in a tall container in my freezer be kept. I highly recommend these storage boxes. They only measure up to 6 ounces but I keep up to 9 ounces. Milk expands when it freezes, so I didn't add more.
