I received this product and it is exactly as advertised. I was won over by this model because the entire "rearview mirror" is an LCD screen, not just the 4 inch part like so many other models. The instructions are quite simple, although perhaps too simple. It really needs more specifications for the additional accessories to be compatible. I put this in my RV because my current rearview mirror only shows me the inside of the bus. If this beauty works, she'll show what's really behind me on the street. I need an extension cable for the rear camera for this to work and although I've sent two messages to see which ones are compatible and recommended, the initial replies were garbled and almost illegible. We are currently working with a very responsive support rep to determine which extension cord to obtain. Hank in Longview, Texas
