We live in a beach town where the boys wear long shorts below the knee. But such a great length is hard to come by. My son was small for his age so I had several shorts that fit him. But as it grew over the summer, a size 8 became too small and a size 10 became too large. He refused to wear shorts even on 100 degree days. Problem solved with these Wrangler shorts. The length is well below the knee and the waist is larger than the other size 8s. And they have an adjustable strap. Well done. Ideal weight for denim. The result is the opposite. I will buy them again and again.
