Before these notebooks arrived, I asked myself if it was too much to ask that a notebook have paper that isn't so thin that the ink from my beloved Pilot Varsity pens soaks through to the next page? It may be that a notebook with a sturdy cover, a ring that doesn't hook into any nearby sweater and paper of a decent weight is just not in demand by many anymore. Ohhh! But that is what I was looking for. As it isn't as easy to just pop off to the office supply store and peruse the shelves these days, I was feeling that it would be impossible to find a great notebook. But no! Book Factory has made a lovely product here with attention to detail that makes all the difference. The cover is a flexible plastic, the paper is heavy and not too glossy. It is all GREAT. I would love to see them in more colors w/o design on front.
