I was a big fan of the JH-800 and was a bit skeptical about the redesign but I have to say. I was wrong! They look great, they feel great! The sound is great, the bass is good and with the right earbuds it offers good passive noise cancellation. I have recommended the jh800 to anyone who has asked for it and would do the same for them as well as a great product at a great price. My only issue is that they are not as waterproof as they claim. I wore them and it started raining and they went out. They didn't turn on until I plugged them in and that seemed to reset them. I thought maybe it was a coincidence so I did a little test in the shower, didn't get it wet but simulated the rain scenario as best I could and the same thing happened. I wouldn't say it changes my overall opinion as I don't intend to use them in the rain or in the shower but I wanted to get that information. last thing. They have excellent customer service.
