These boots get 5 stars because they are great for babies. My baby is 5 months old and still not learning to walk. It gets pretty cold here and I wanted her feet to be warm. These boots have a hard bottom for a toddler, but I'm not sure how well they will hold up a child's walking. They have fur on the inside and the boot is soft for a toddler. The fur around the crown does not fall off. So these boots do exactly what I need them to do. My baby has tiny feet at 5 months so I am sure she will have them all winter. Great buy for me.
