The software is very user friendly which makes it easy to use. The software is easy to implement, has a great support team that is very helpful, and it is a great price. The software was easy to navigate and the support team was always there to assist us. I have not found any cons in this software. This software has been a great addition to our reward program. We have been able to expand our rewards program with this software. It has been amazing. We are able to reward our customers for good behaviors. We are able to give rewards to our customers for all of the great services they receive. We are able to do this because of our reward program. I like that it's easy to use. It allows me to create campaigns easily without having to learn how to code or be able to read html. The only thing about this program is they don't have many templates available so if you want something specific there isn't much you can do. If you're looking for a simple way to run your own marketing campaign then this will allow you to set up different types of campaigns with ease. We are using this software as part of our employee rewards plan.
