This Hydrocalcium is a great product for making molds. Some people mix this with paper towels to make a plaster shell for the base of their terrain/diorama. What I did with it the first time I used pretty much the entire box to make a 1 x 1 foot diorama. I mixed what the box said and what other people said. But the problem was that it dried out WAY too quickly to even put half of what I had made in it. So I tried Woodland Scenics Plaster Cloth. It's much better to do it on the base, and cheaper! But I made a stone mold out of it and it worked perfectly!
