Review on Prostormer by Luis Baker

I recently had a disappointing and frustrating experience shopping at Prostormer's web store. Despite having a sizable selection of power tools, hand tools, and specialized equipment, their website is not well-organized, making it challenging to locate what you're looking for. Additionally, there are numerous stages in their checkout process that seem unnecessary, making it cumbersome and confusing. Additionally, the shipping was problematic for me because it took longer than expected for my order to appear and the tracking information was out of date. The item I got was of poor quality and broke after only a few uses, in defiance of the retailer's claims to stock only the best products from reputable brands. I had to go through a lot of hoops to get a refund because the customer support was unhelpful. Overall, I had a frustrating and disappointing experience with Prostormer's online shop. I wouldn't advise going there to buy.
