My recent buy from VIJIM was a huge letdown, especially as an international customer. The website boasts a broad selection of musical instruments, microphones, and accessories; however, my shopping experience was less than ideal. The first issue was the longer-than-expected delivery time. After waiting weeks for my order to come, I was disappointed to see that the packaging had been mangled and the product was scratched. The website also failed to disclose the problems I had with customs clearance. Therefore, I had to fork over extra cash to cover taxes and expenses that weren't included in the original price tag. In addition, I had trouble communicating with customer support because of a language barrier when I tried to report an issue. The reps didn't seem to care about my problems and provided me with no assistance in fixing them. Overall, VIJIM was a frustrating and disappointing online shopping experience for me, and I would not suggest it to anyone living outside of the United States. I had a terrible experience with VIJIM due to their unhelpful customer support and secretive shipping and customs policies.
