There is a 16lb beagle/chihuahua/dachshund/minipin/pug/something mix and it fits great. Much cheaper than BB. The size is really small so I'm glad I read the reviews. I have medium for her. The clasps are on the 2nd loop, I wish the 3rd loop was closer - the fabric stretches a bit over time and it would be nice to tighten a little more, but it gets too tight where the 3rd loop is now. Still fits well but will eventually order a new one if it stretches even more - still feel like making a deal as others in this style are so expensive - this style is best for smaller dogs and under intrusive.
