Overall well made so ordered a replacement.
Product looks like it will be perfect once i get the replacement.Foam looks high quality.Cover looks well made.Problem - the zipper puller was broken and sliding around in the box.Disappointing. But hoping all will be well with the replacement that i ordered.Update: I raised to 5 stars as the replacement is excellent. Puppy used it right away with no problem. Looks very nice. Well made.I would suggest to the designers not to put the leather looking label on the front - puppy wants to chew on it.
