Didn't think I'd like it. It is not very easy to install, but it makes the installation reliable. It turned out to be really the only phone mount we could fit in our Jeep that didn't get in the way and wasn't too big. It faces the driver only, and there aren't many adjustments; but in reality all these adjustments usually break or frustrate. We like it more than we thought. I haven't used it for a mug yet, but I won't be afraid to use it; looks very strong.
