Review on 🧲 RUGCEL Electric Winch - 12V, 2000lb/907kg, Single Line - Waterproof by Phillip Johnson

Some parts are not shown in the documentation. The product is said to be waterproof, but there are exposed power connectors. One rating states that all mounting hardware is included. You are so limited in what you are given. Diagrams do not show different mounts, but this is recommended for boats, quads, jeeps, etc. No phone support, EMAIL ONLY. This is a potentially dangerous product and further verification needs to be made to ensure the customer purchases all the necessary parts and also fully understands how to install them. Saying it was waterproof and it just didn't make me downgrade it to 2 stars. I'll update this review once I've installed it. So far not impressed.
