Review on Support Board by Larry Blanco

The support board is very customizable, so we can make it look like our own website or facebook page! They also have easy to understand tutorials for new users that are super helpful!! I wish there were more options when editing posts/pages (such as font size). This has helped us get feedback from many different people in various states easily at one point of contact instead having them email me through my gmail account which was hard since they had no idea what i looked liked online. The ease of using this product, it's simplicity to set up and its ability for users to easily create their own customised solutions (bots). I have no dislikes at all! It is very easy to get started and has been extremely helpful in solving our customer support issues. We are able to answer queries from people who would otherwise be unable to contact us due to busy periods or not being online.
