Poor wall mount design; breaks down after a few years.
The pump is OK, the red "tank" is broken. I used this on my condensate collection furnace. Mounted on the wall with two protrusions in the product that attach to the screws. This is part of the product design. Red plastic tank cracked twice (probably due to weight and loose attachment points). Every time I had to replace it after 2 years. At the moment I'm using a spare tank, a plastic tank from IKEA that fits just fine. It's far from perfect, but since no one goes into my tech room, I'll take it. If the pump is on the floor it will surely last forever, but don't mount it on the wall.
