Review on πŸ”§ Ken-Tool 35656 Lug Wrench: 4-Way Professional Tool for Efficient Lug Removal, One Size by John Invert

Revainrating 5 out of 5

heavy duty key.

I was looking for a new key for my new truck and found the reviews quite confusing. Everything seemed to indicate that this was a high-quality, high-performance product. Some have pointed out that the lugs are too thick for use on passenger cars. Just received the wrench, it is sturdy and fits the eyelets on my Toyota Tacoma pickup. I used to have a Jeep Wrangler and the cleats fit that car too so I'm pretty sure it will fit most passenger cars. I used standard welded chrome keys from my local auto parts store. I used these wrenches to remove the tabs which were so tight I had to stand on a wrench to loosen the tabs. I wanted something heavier because I was very lucky that the other keys didn't break when I had to stand on one hand. This could result in injury. This key appears to be a single piece of forged steel. I have no doubt that this option will withstand a much greater load than the cheaper welded ones. Not only is it durable, I can tell by the weight that it's made of heavier steel than the welded ones I've had.

Pros
  • Forged centers for increased strength
Cons
  • awkward
