The platform has done wonders for our business - both in terms of growth and cost reduction! Their customer service team are fantastic - they've helped us understand everything we could have done better (and more!) at times when things weren't going well. They're so helpful and really care about doing what's right by you and your success. We haven't had any major issues or complaints from them yet! It can be difficult trying to grow in a market where there's lots of competition. However, Placements definitely made it easier than it should have been. As mentioned above this was one of the best decisions we've made since launching new products/services for our clients.
