It glides like a slice of melted butter over raw vegetables like potatoes and onions

Only used a few times and really love it. I use mine for work but not for sushi. It glides over raw veggies like potatoes and onions like a slice of melted butter! Be very careful as it is razor sharp upon delivery! I highly recommend!
