I bought this to complement a bar I'm building for a man cave (not painted yet and no bar). This was the rustic look I was looking for and I wanted a "permanent" opening for the bar. It was well packaged and undamaged when I received it. The kit also included screws and dowels. I installed it at the end of the pole, which is 3/4" plywood, so I didn't need anchors. I used the included screws for the opening part, but had to go through another screw box for the screws to adjust the bucket part. The ones supplied were too long and would protrude through the inside of the cabinet.My biggest concern was the material of the opener itself.I was afraid the metal would be too soft.This is definitely not the case.It feels nice and solid and opens bottles quite well. Admittedly only a dozen or so bottles have been opened so far, but it shows no signs of use (hey, I only had it one weekend!). The bucket is painted tin and seems sturdy enough for its purpose. I think this opener will be good in the long run.
