Great little elyptical for someone under 220lbs.

I have had this now for about two weeks. It was easy to put together but it did take about 2 hours. It is very smooth and doesn’t take up a lot of room. I can move it easily. I love it! I get a great workout! This has a 220 lb weight limit that definitely needs to be followed. Otherwise it’s a great piece of equipment.

Pros

The elliptical trainer has a calorie tracker that helps you monitor your calorie intake and keep you on track with your fitness goals

Cons

The elliptical may not provide enough customization for people with specific workout goals or preferences
